Boss Property Solutions LLC provides electrical services, whole-home security and low-voltage installation, HVAC troubleshooting and install, and general residential maintenance services. All electrical work is performed to current NEC code standards. Specific project details, timelines, and pricing are provided in individual estimates and are not part of these general Terms.

Estimates & Appointments

Free estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request and are subject to change once a technician inspects the job site. Scheduled appointments are confirmed by our team and may be rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, or availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty applicable to a specific job will be provided in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts, fixtures, and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer's own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Property Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
